Our aim is to provide support and information for those looking for information on Cri Du Chat

Cri Du Chat Syndrome is an abnormality resulting in the deletion of part of the short arm of chromosome 5. Sometimes this syndrome is called "Cat Cry Syndrome" or "5p-"

This site is for families, carers, health professional and students wanting to know more about the syndrome.  We hope that the information here will help you to understand a little more about this condition.

Athletes run for Cri du chat!!
